Congrats! For "only" 6 1/2 weeks you are waaaaaay ahead of me OR our daughter with progress. Maybe we just had the wrong surgeon! Mine stayed locked for a while, then went more and more until I was released to go back to work 3 months after the surgery. And my meniscus was OK. Keep up the good work!

1. Protect the graft.
2. Wear the brace at all times.
3. No kneeling, crawling, running.
4. No more than 2 miles hiking per day.
5. No packing.
