Pretty bull and beautiful country. Looks like lots of good eating. Rest up for the next adventure.

Fair question, I think I alluded to it but didn’t really spell it out.Gotcha, seems like it's usually the opposite in terms of hunting luck.
What made you want to pull the trigger on that bull on that day? Lack of bulls in the area? Sounds like lack of time wasn't an issue, but maybe you really want to devote that to scouting for a ram.
edit: that sorta comes off as passive aggressive... it wasn't meant like that, just wondering. There's only so much someone can glean from a dozen pics and a couple hundred words.
AH! Got it. Yes 4 days and that's a dandy bull. I misread your previous post and thought you had all week just sitting around twittlin' your thumbs.Fair question, I think I alluded to it but didn’t really spell it out.
Mostly a time crunch, I burned vacation this spring so 2 days + 1 weekend= 4 was all I had for this tag, could have gone back next weekend, but its not small country. Other factor is how much time friends and family have to help out, in-laws have big hunts, my buddy is doing a fly in trip. All that lends into to a tight schedule.
I’m working the rest of this week and next.
He threw us off big time, no where in his original schedule posts with his hunting schedule did he mention that he was taking 8 days in there to slave away with the rest of us working fools rather than hunting. Just something about it being a month he will never forget.AH! Got it. Yes 4 days and that's a dandy bull. Not even gonna lie I’d have to try em at least once
I ate the bovine variety at a restaurant ONCE, mostly just to be able to say I did.Had them several times on the Quebec tundra... mostly just to be able to say we did !!
Is it horseradish or tartar sauce? I don’t know what you normally pair them with for good dipping.Deep fried and straight horseradish? Heck, a turd would do.
Now, don’t be giving a certain HT member from north of the border any ideas.Deep fried and straight horseradish? Heck, a turd would do.
Ugh... I zoomed in on the pic (phone view) it's not horseradish though it would sure be a spoonful of sugar to make the nuts go down.Is it horseradish or tartar sauce? I don’t know what you normally pair them with for good dipping.
You must be new here? Do some research then get back to us on his rigs.best hunting rig I have ever seen!
