Guess they forgot their shovel. Thats gonna cost them if and when they get caught

I hope it cost them dearly. Obviously, you can't jail each poacher due to space limitations but you can make it cost them dearly and take away their priviledges for a long time. They need to make it very expensive to get caught poaching.

Had one killed here recently with the paws cut off. Couple groups got together and the reward now is at $51,000 !
So why is the state(as i read it) offering a reward? They are federally managed and it was on reservation shouldnt they (feds) be offering up reward? I could care less if they ever find the person who did it cause there is no grizzly management plan other than not to have a plan.
