There are some fantastic locations for solar power in this country - every one of em on private land.

Interstate hwy system, you cover up the roads with solar panels and gutters to get rid of water, snow and ice, road stays dry, win win for everyone.

Alright - now we are getting ambitous.

The DOT and the power company colloborating on a project, perputually sharing a ROW, and maintaing power/traffic flow.

I think a smaller goal would be to reverse rhe effects of influencers and onx on hunting.

This would be a time to sue the construction company and/or the engineering company who designed the detention ponds in the solar farm.

Anything upstream of you needs to be developed to handle the change in outflow that the development causes. This is typical to subdivisions, malls, and anything else that gets built.

I thought this was obvious in urban areas.

At least the brain trusts in this lame proposal have considered slope a factor when determining what public lands should be sacrificed to the solar gods.
