So been home few days now and still unpacking and cleaning equiptment. Got a cow tag near house i may try to fill still along with some ducks but season is winding down and thought i would post some pics from the adventures that started back in mid august. Roughly 15k miles of $5 average diesel sucked and was this seasons only real negative. Got to meet several HT'rs along the way and would especially like to thank @Stocker for hosting me on a deer hunt, i truely hope to repay the favor many times over. I will say having meet the man that seems to struggle with masculine facial hair that he married way above his league. A great wife and 2 amazing and fun kids that i truley enjoyed hanging out with just as much as the hunting. Then theres @Jbotto who shows up to camp with significantly more beer than we can drink, but it is fun to try. Wyoming allows the transfer of tags to disabled veterans as many of you know and annually i host a fellow disabled vet for a hunt. This year @BoomerUSAF decided he wanted a rare November muley tag i had avaliable to transfer to shot his first muley. The hunt started slow and big bucks were elusive for few days but we seen 100s of deer everyday and with a storm pending Brandon made a fine shot on a great 4x3. He seemed to enjoy himself and as always i love the oppurtunity to hunt with my fellow vets (more than most could understand) so thanks for joining me for the hunt this year Brandon and hope you had a good time! Here is some pics including my biggest bull with a bow, probably my biggest whitetail, a antelope shot at 10kfeet, buddys camp i helped, and some random scenic pics and other animals that i took this fall. My single favorite day of the fall: my daughter had a day off sports/school to join me for a day of fun hunting for a cow. We drank hot cocoa and seen 100s of elk in unit next to us but never had a oppurtunity. She had a blast when she wasnt sleeping and i just enjoy days like those, i will always remember them and value the memory over any set of horns i could put on the wall. Now i can try to catch up on 4 months of i am sure quality threads about boots, creedmores, tag fees and everyone has become a "freak"... going to be a long winter!
