The Genie is never going back in the bottle. It is moving towards having to pay big money for a guided hunt or governor’s tag, or getting lucky with one of the RMBS raffles. The denominator is getting so large, it won’t matter how many points one has.Goat

Yes you can I believe. The raffle and gov tags are not class a tags. I feel like I heard a story once of a guy who won the sheep raffle and drew his tag that year.Can you get 2 goats tags if you win one in the raffle?
