Lots of elk points getting burned up! 20 years of points just vanished for me. Finally hunting a LE unit. It's gonna feel weird being out of my normal stomping grounds. Excited to say the least.

I don’t tell forums where I hunt/apply, lol. It’s a unit I’ve never been to. We’ll see how it goes. Should be fun.

I drew a LE elk tag and a general deer tag. Going to be a great year.

They changed the rules this year and if an elk permit is 1st and Only choice and there’s leftovers, they no longer will be available later in the summer.
