Was hoping you would take a hop on the Eagles train and give the rest of us salivating for your position a chance to win.

Darn. I want Chiefs to pull a hat trick - Be faithful to the team I want to win, or go big / go home - and choose the Eagles... Means if Chiefs take the win, I am crushed out of any win opportunity. However, if the Eagles do pull the upset, I would likely take first place!

I have been agonizing over this. It seems I must pick the Eagles to have a chance at winning, so I will, but I will pull for Reid, Mahomes, Kelce, Taylor )) and the rest of the crew. I tend to be a bit provincial and favor the teams from Fly Over Country, especially against East Coast teams.

But put me down for the Eagles and 61 points, subject to change at the last minute.

I should add, the one thing that I think really helps the Eagles is that Saquon got jobbed on the MVP award. Far and away, he is the true MVP, and he might just be amped that tiny bit more that will make him impossible to stop. This is going to boil down to Mahomes continuing to pull his endless supply of rabbits out of his hat (which, if he does it again, is going to worry Brady and his GOAT status) vs. Saquon just carrying the entire team on his shoulders. I think Saquon Barkley can do that.

Regardless, just make it a great game without too many hyper controversial ref calls and noncalls (fat chance).

I dread Saquon getting it going.

I can easily see the Chiefs being down early in the fourth quarter when Mahomes and Taylor’s boyfriend get jiggy with it. Maybe a cross field lateral from #87 for the winning score.

Either I hope to settle for a battle with Brent for 2nd or try to topple you and possibly lose out on any bragging rights. Haha! All this is predicated on the position Vegas has it's value on KC. Eagles though... You may be in good hands with the Eagles, Jabber!

Damn! @Forkyfinder and @Pucky Freak breathing on @BrentD and I, we're awaiting your call - if not at the strike of the ball... Haha!

I may play it safe(?) and stick with KC... depends on Pucky and Forky's positions in the end as well. Where do I fall if... then again.

Figured I'd update the current and follow it with the present jockeyed positioning that's poised for shuffling, possibly.

1st and 2nd lowest has @Dsnow9 6L 69, @Duck-Slayer 6L / 96, @INMT 6L 70, and @kansasdad 6L /65, breathing down on @seeth07 7L / 81, who's hounding @LuketheDog 8L / 146. One false move by Luke and this could be a big run off for lowest points 1st and 2nd. Duck-Slayer has his work cut out to and in the 2 losest positions though most everyone is project this to be a HIGH scoring game!

1st, 2nd, and 3rd... Same deal. Those holding 7th place... hounding on Pucky 8W / 110, Forky 8W 109, (You two are tight entering this game) Brent 8W / 74, Sytes 8W / 75 (Same setting as Forky and Pucky), and then there is the leader, Jabber 9W / 114... @GrantK 7W / 69, @Wild Bill 7W / 78, @mtnrunner260 7W / 79, @warmer 7W / 96, and @Colberjs 7W / 91.

Really boils down to who chooses what team and if a win, how close they are with the points. Grant is in a good position if his points and team choice play right. Interesting developments over the course of the playoffs that led to today's Super Bowl! While a stretch for those with 6 wins... This one game can flip the leaders of lowest and highest.
