My son was lucky enough to draw a crane tag this year and punched his tag on the first flock that decoyed! We were able to have a crane/goose combo hunt and it was simply amazing.

We shared the field with some wonderful folks and were able to fill all the crane tags and knock down a few geese.

How did you cook it?

Dry aged in the fridge for a few days, seasoned with Montreal Steak Seasoning, and cooked to medium on the grill. There's a reason they're called the ribeye of the sky.
That’s my preferred method, too. Not big fan of sous.
