I went out to scout a new hunting spot on 5/1 (CO shed opener) and got into a few. I don't generally shed hunt, but it was exciting! Ran into a couple other guys who did really well. The pic doesn't show it well, but the spike shed is actually 3 prong at the top and 2 brow tines. Haven't seen one like that before. Hoping I come across the one that dropped that 6 point in October! This is an OTC unit as well.

Don’t go shed hunting n haven’t been in this area in a coons age but for anyone out there, used to hunt by the Glade in Colorado, we used to consistently find quality elk sheds in Rabbit Creek just down from Glade Mtn in the 1st n 2nd rifle season

A few antlers on this trip. I think we packed out 19 in 2 days. Left a bunch.

This one was sitting like this when I found it. I think a bear may have tipped it up last year and chewed on it a little or something.


A whole lota suck about to start. Those 4 averaged about 20lbs a piece.

18/lb brown elk, 15/lb brown deer. I got 13 and 12 from same buyer in January. I was talking to a much, much shadier antler buyer a week ago and he said no one is doing 18/lb that’s just BS. I kinda smiled and agreed
