Great day in Wyoming with my nephew on his first shed hunt. A couple of 3 pointers that look a lot like the same buck after a year of growth, and an unexpected surprise of a moose paddle!

Many miles and few sheds this weekend but the dog is finally figuring out the shed game in his 4th season.

Shed season has been incredibly frustrating! Day one, parked the truck and walked no more than 200 yds and stumbled across this elk shed. Every day since, nothing. So many miles hiked in great country. Country so nice that one of the fellas I met up with hiked in the area the day prior and picked up 3 sheds and a deadhead. He took a couple of us in there to sweep the area and nothing. I guess that is the way this goes! I assumed I would be finding these left and right after moving to eastern AZ from Northern UT. Not even close to as many people but the shed hunters are still in full force!
