2014 Whitetail buck

Since Ive figured out how to post pics, I might as well put this one up too. Technically this buck wasn't on public land, it was on my ranch, but we border forest service so its close. I rattled this one in one afternoon after work, he suprised the heck outta me, one minute theres nothing there, next minute he's trotting in at 60 yards. one shot from my .257 roberts was all it took. I was wearing hunter orange too by the way, I just took it off for the pictures.

I hunt a bit in the Bull Lake area. There are a few big bucks in that area that are tough to harvest, so nice job.
