This is the liitle bull I killed here in WY. I killed it on the last day and it took almost 10 hours to get him out.. I shot him about 100 yards below a trail we could driven to but he went off the side of the hill and me and my partner had to take him 2 mile around the base of a hill to get him loaded.

The deer was a steer and when I saw him I new he was the meat I wanted on my table. He eats so good.. He was also killed on the last weekend.. I had a giant I had looked for several days but could not turn him up so no nuts died.

nope I used my old 300 win. I did get my antelope with my hand gun though.

By his teeth He was probably a 2 year old deer. The nut sack was totally gone and had been healed for a very long time. The deer had no odor and the meat is very mild and tender.

Good lookin' animals - Congrats

I think if my nut sack was gone, my meat would be mild and tender too!!

I did not say any thing about the hunt but it was kind of interesting. I spotted this buck a long way off, but I was interested becasue of seeing 3 points comeing off the top of his head. I did a long loop and got below him and I was able to sneek up to within 100 yards of him. The problem was he was in a hole in heavy brush. I decided I would jump him and either kill him when he reached the top of the ridge or he would live well I quess I got lucky and busted him with one shot at about 275 yards on a dead run.

i sure did not want to drag him up hill through chest deep brush, I would rather be lucky than good.
