13 bulls together in June!!

Over the weekend, I went to put my trail cams out. Ran into a group of 13 legal bulls!! About a quarter of a mile away, I ran into 4 cows, spike, and small legal bull. I have shot a couple bulls in this area but didn't think there were this many elk here! I know that bulls bachelor up this time of year and like high elevation... and these elk typically head to a valley to find a lot more cows toward the rut. But I'm optimistic for hunting season! Am I off to think that at least a few of these bulls will be hanging around the area in September?
