Build what ever you want. But your limited to bullet choice with 14twt. If I was dead set on 22-250 especially a Ai version it would have a 7 or 8twt. Then you can shoot a big variety of bullets. 🎅 -

The new hunter needs some help.
Can't tell you where to hunt in that part of the country. As others have mentioned the more you do something the better and easier it gets. Shoot your guns as often as you can afford. Get binoculars and learn how to use them, and maybe a rangefinder to tell you how far away objects and animals... -

The Sportsman's in my area has done the same. I believe that they adjust their inventory to what has been selling. That's Great. I've always had good shooting Kimbers , they did what I expected. Continue the barrel break in that they started, shoot 2- 3 rounds clean and repeat. Good for you. 👍- Darkside

Holy copper fouling!
If you don't have a lot of experience with Swift Scirocco, they like a lot of Speed. If you don't run them hard and Fast you will likely get 1.5 to 2" groups. But you might get Lucky. EDIT: Maybe try SST Hornady. 👍 -
