I originally was looking at a round Bell tent but am leaning more towards a Davis wall tent after a little more research. I hear nothing but good things about there products and customer service. Thanks for the info. -

I currently use both mapping tools. I have had OnX for a lot longer so its just taking some time to get used to the GoHunt mapping. I think I will keep both resources for a while.- icefish

Yes, we will probably be using cots. I might just have to go a little bigger for size. Good to know they are a lot easier to set up. Thanks for the response. Good luck this fall! -

Would you recommend the Bell tent for 2-3 adults? I have been considering one. How easy is it to set up if you are by yourself? They look a lot easier to set up than a wall tent but I've never set one up. -
How to purchase MT preference point??
I did the same thing this year. Didn't realize you have to buy the preference point when applying. Did you sign up for the surplus list for the combo tag?- icefish

Old school paper application in Montana
I agree the paper applications were nice. States like Idaho are a mess when applying for elk with the site crashing. A post was just created about the MT site crashing as well.- icefish
