It was expensive no matter what. But I also have come to change my thinking that P/E ratios have been way too high for a couple years because of the death of pensions replaced with 401k's that have a flood of money every payday.- schmalts

I have had elk that were tough, even back straps but never rutty. I have had 2 Montana mule deer that I offloaded the game bags to someone at the earliest opportunity before they could get a whiff. Had a couple WI deer just as bad. When the game bags smell like they been pissed on you know... -

I just need a few tips on turkey hunting
I killed or assisted every bird without a decoy and that is a lot of birds. I have taken them along but they have never had a tom strutting on them and get shot. But I hunt the woods, so if you set up properly by the time the tom sees a decoy he should have lead poisoning. If you have small...- schmalts

I think I like hunting them because of the cabin fever after a long winter. I can hunt in the fall but just don't put effort into it as there's better things to do. But I won't miss being out in the woods getting covered with ticks in spring!- schmalts

Need more info. What will you shoot for range? Hunting only or will you shoot steel at long range for fun too? How much adjustment range do you need? Simple reticle or busy? Illuminated? -

And then ask for help to fight federal land transfer to states. People are spiteful in nature at times. This is a topic that has been brought up before. Take away more peoples uses for federal land you also take away their give a chit.
