Thanks for the offer but I have plenty on that unit. Thats why I recommended it to that fellow. It is in my friends back yard. I will probably put in for it also just because I think it is the most underated Limited unit in Wy and one of the better LE hunts period. Good luck. There are some...
** Edited for my man posting below. I wasn't trying to bust your plans at all..... I just know I appreciated getting some help when I asked. Maybe I sould of PM'd....So I took my recommendation down.

AP has an interesting article out this morning regarding hunting and fishing licenses. Nationwide there is a decline in sales of hunting and fishing licenses and that is causing a strain on state budgets & conservation funds. Consider these statistics: AK dropped from 345k to 319k licenses...
Fair point, and I understand the view about too much water. However, dehydration at altitude is the much greater risk. The volume I quoted works for the several parties I have led at altitude...so I stand by the statement. Do what works for your body, but understand that watching your urine...
Good Topic. Just came back from a week of skiing at Steamboat. Spent most of the time at the upper mountain, top was at 10,500. Preached to family the value of lots of H20. Other symptoms besides headache include restless sleep and nausea. Watch your urine color...should be a very pale/light...
Must be living right....party of Three drew, back to back hunts in Wyoming.
How cool. Nice having the pressure off this early. General Tags, but going to my buddy's honey hole not far from Jackson Hole.
Best of luck to all.

Ok guys....we made it to Wyoming simply because some kind lady at the Salt Lake Airport talked the captain into opening up the door on the plane. Captain was cool about it....said we can't go anywhere anyway. Found the hotel...(First time I ever have been able to crash at a hotel and hunt elk...
I have that same give and take thing going on with my wife. I give her money, she takes off and goes shopping, I get to hunt. What a wonderful system. 'cept my credit card hates it.
Damn thing is they said I could not hunt the refuge...go figure. I thought I would just put out a big ole corn pile for them moosie. I'm hunting in # 78. Forecast is good for weather to move elk...so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
Man, it has been hard watching all the threads, looking at the pics, laughing at moosies jokes and wishing I was able to go hunt a big ass moss back critter. My hunt has to be the last one of the year or close to it. Leaving in 2 weeks (Dec 7th) for 10 days hunting outside of Jackson Hole and...
Well done and a fine critter....I can smell those tenderloin steaks right now....damn I can't wait for my trip to WY later this winter. Congrats and looking fwd to the "rest of the story".

Man....I'm speechless after reading this. Any idea of the name of the new outfit he bought up in Colorado? I want to make sure all of my friends, and everyone I know steers clear. I like southern colorado and some of those units...I'd hate to hire him for any type of packing or camp services...
The guy that put in with me got the same response when he called them yesterday to ask about his refund. "Rounding Issue". I wonder how many tags were given out the second time around? His makes the 3rd out of state tag on my migration hunt and that must be it...if they only gave 25 tags out...
Nice Tag....Greenhorn. Your odds on that were projected at somewhere between 1/176 and 1/430. Huntin Fool rated that unit as the number one draw for a big mossback in 07. I thought I was banking too.....now I'm going to need snow boots.
