Went down to the White Mtns of Arizona to flyfish for week. The wind blew 20+ every day. Spent more time fishing in the cooler than the creek. Did spend some time scouting for the future though, stumbled across a nice little cabin the FS had restored for rental.
6A is a nice unit, good access if the weather does not turn on the late hunt. Get away from the people and utv traffic. I cut firewood for friends in that unit, the critters are there in big numbers. Quite a few burn areas that you would be wise to check out.

Lovely.
At least I've got a week off coming up to tinker with building a reloading bench and fly fishing to clear my head.
Similar situation for me a few years back. Went from the hi-viz fiber sights to a Weaver saddle scope mount and red dot optic. Night and day difference, if memory is correct the saddle mount is around $30 at Brownells and simple to install.
Transplant from South Florida that landed in Flagstaff. Miss the salt water bottom fishing, mutton and grouper were an addiction at my last duty station (Tortuga's). Since coming west I've been trying to sort out this small stream fly fishing thing, headed to Lee's Ferry in April... I'll have 6...
5% off a new pair of wading boots. Promptly put that $7 towards ice cream for me and the boy.
2-3 folks got the 50-100 off on some rather large purchases.
Each is different, example my instructors walk was 2 javelinas. One skylined one not, which is your shot, short tracking course, fence crossing, heavy focus on gun safety and private property.
