Morning, haying is almost done for me. The hard part is over, the squares. Now just round bales, you know the easy kind, the kind you don't have to get off the tractor for. That is the kind that I like.
My current coyote gun is a Rem model 700 BDL 24" heavy barrel in a 222 rem.
My wife has decided that she likes to shoot the 222 and that I need another rifle for coyotes. I am still decideing just what calibur to get. With all of the Tact 20's being built, how am I suposed to be different...
I am going to tell you what kind of friend I am. A buddy had to get some hay up for the winter. So my 2 days off I spent helping a brother out. He and I put up 750 bales in the barn (loft of course)in 2 days. That includes cuting, rakeing and baleing.

During your bear season, Mon,Tues,Wed before Thanksgiving. Here's a tip fer ya. I have a special Slydog call that make them snowshoe hare sounds, makes em sound fat and lazy. As I was blowing that call I was thinking about how to sound like a 30 pound half cripled snowshoe hare.
When howling on the stand what is the howl and cadence? ie...yip-howwwwwl-yip....yip-yip-howwwwwwwwwwwwwl-yip-yip------yip?
The other day on stand I made a yip-howwwl-yip waited about 2-3 or so did a yip-howwwl-yip-yip. Just after the second sequence I heard some twigs breaking in the woods...
Went out Monday for some callin. On my second stand in came Mr. Black Bear he liked the Slydog made snowshoe call. He was around 250 lb. How awsome.
