I have been told to take Deer ribs and boil in crab boil, then put on the grill. I have not tried them that way, please try this so I don't waste any in the future. John
I do the twice method also. The ice trick works to keep the "Bite" going and keeps the throat cleaner. I will use my sausage mixer and transfer it to the stuffer, putting it into bags and use a self loading hog ring plier. John
My son Travis and his wife Samantha dropped the Grand Daughter off this past Sunday evening so she could go try to get her first deer. Their plan worked out real good! Samantha got a real nice Doe and Travo scored on a small buck also! Here she and little Sadie Jo were both real happy! John
