Stuck bullet after ejecting live round
Thanks guys for all your help. I will check all the things you suggested and report back when I get the rifle back from hunting camp. The rifle is brand new with maybe 50 rounds through it and it has been cleaned at least once. -

I get the neck tension theory but it wouldn't be getting stuck if it wasn't hitting the lands, right? -

The case lengths are all 2.0" and the manual says it should be 2.045" . The bullet is obviously getting stuck in the lands but I can't figure out how. -

The brass is all new and never shot. I am sure I measured it at the lands and backed it off. The first time it happened THE OACL was 2.64. I made a note in my book that the lands were at 2.625". My manual says max OACL for a 243 is 2.710. After the first time it got stuck I seated them... -

“Long range” non custom rifle advice
I have a T3 Tikka in the 270 wizzum. It's light, recoil and price aren't bad, and 140 gr. Accubound kills elk just fine. People overthink this rifle/caliber thing way too much. -

Leveling Kit on 2020 Silverado
I did Dmax store's Kryptonite front A-arm lift and tie rods but it's a 2500. It gave me a 2.5 inches in the front with increased travel. My angles are still well within spec. 70k on it with no problems. I also have 20's with nearly 35" tires and no issues.- Borny1

Tree Stand Safety
I have never understood why a belt wouldn't suffice, as long as you only keep like two feet of slack in it. Way better than a harness that would let you fall four feet or so.- Borny1
