I'm going to start load development for my new 7wsm. I have RL22 and H4831sc for powder and 160 Accubonds, 162 ELDx and 175 ELDx bullets. What combo would you start out with? I have 5+ lbs of both powders.

RL-22 will most likely give you higher velocities, but has a reputation for being inconsistent in both temperature fluctuations, and lot to lot variations. I'm always a fan of more temp stable powders like the Hodgdon that you have, or RL-23 if you can find it.

As far as bullets, I've had inconsistent performance w/ the ELD-X bullets, as has a friend of mine. They shoot accurately and will most likely do the job, but the 160gr Accubond is a little more tried and true.

These are my $.02, and worth that much.

Try a load with Magpro and 162 grain ELDXs. That's going to be my next recipe.

I don't have a 7wsm but I have the other three standard wsm cartridges. I would play with h4831sc and the 162 eldx. The rl22 will beat it velocity but I have had good results with h4831sc in my 270wsm. Also I have had good success with RL17 in my wsms if you have any available.

Mine with the 120 and 140 accubonds likes RL15.. Both are FAST

H4831 for temp stability and 160ABs for all that walks. The 162 has a better bc and will excel at longer ranges but is not as tough as the AB if larger critters are on the menu. The 175s generally need a 9 twist or faster so may not be fully stabilized depending on your tube.
