Which Pants?
Kuiu guide pants!! Nice and warm. But have side zip vents you can open when moving to dump heat/moisture. The fabric on the outside sheds snow so good you don't need gaiters. Spendy---yes but worth it- tom338

Who uses an AR style rifle for hunting?

Those of you who shoot Barnes bullets...
I have one rifle, a 338 win mag that I can shoot 100+ rounds without accuracy issues. I have 3 7mm rem mags and each barrel is different. 260 rem VS 6.5 creed
if 500 rounds down the barrel it to much my 260 should not be able to shoot 1/2 Moa, but it does and has and shows no sign of loosing any of its very fine accuracy -

Sighting in rifle once in hunting area
It will make difference!! At close ranges not so much (200 and closer) but at longer ranges it will change. Tent decision
The thing I really like about the stove in our tipi is the ability to dry things out. When hunting in snow like we were both seasons it was game changing. Tent decision
My partner and I got a seek outside 8 person tipi last season. Margin for error??
I have loaded a 7mm that 3 grains under max its showing lots of pressure signs and another 7mm that will go 3 grains over. Every barrel is different and needs to be worked up carefully.- tom338
