One thing is for sure in shooting is you have to have confidence in what you are using. Had I had failures for whatever reason like Jose I would probably shy away from that cartridge as well. -

At least spell it right. Creedmoor! ;) If you like the .308 go for it. There are no magic bullets out there, if you have an accurate rifle, the right bullet choice for the game you are hunting and hunt within the limitations of any cartridge and your skill set than most cartridges will get it done. -
