    I have a Ridgeline carbon 24” .308 topped with a Loopie 3.5x10 VX3. It’s sub MOA with the cheapest Federal Blue Box 150gr. Ammo I could find. Also sub MOA with Norma Whitetail 150’s. With my 165 AB’s and 180 gr. Handloads it’s a solid .5 MOA rifle. I like it a whole lot. A whole bunch even.

    New Scope for Muzzleloader

    Loop 1.5-5x VX3 here. where I hunt shots are generally pretty close. Last year was less than 30 yards. If I were going to try out to 200 yards with a muzzy, I'd probably go 2.5-8x with a ballistic turret. I've found that Deer just don't need all that much magnification to those distances.

    Proper! Short Ribs are pretty much like Brisket. Pepper and Salt…lots of good smoke. If I do one thing different next time, it would be to pull a little later, probably 203/4 degrees. The meat knows when it’s done…sometimes it just wants a little more than the traditional thermometer says...
