    Property Taxes

    You Montana guys pay some eye watering property tax amounts. Here in Maryland we have a 6% sales tax and pretty high property taxes. So I do a quick Google to see how Maryland ranks and we are the 13th highest overall tax state. I am just happy we are somehow still behind NY, ME, VT, HI, CA, CT...

    I Zyn a bit as well. I smoked a bit when I was younger but quit early. Gotta admit I always did like it. I have joked with my wife for years, if I can make it to 85 I plan to quit eating vegetables and start smoking Marlboro reds.

    I agree with the thought of “do a Roth”. If you can afford it, give them the money to do it. The downside is it becomes their money at an early age. Anyhow, if their head it’s screwed on straight I would suggest it.
