30mm picatinny ring suggestions?
Seekins are my favorite pic ring. But, the Warne Mountain Techs and the EGW's are good too. -
RL 23 HOT!!
Interesting. I've been loading RL23 in my 7mmRM for several years and never noticed a big difference between powder lots.- morgaj1

Thoughts on Zeiss Conquest V4
My son and I have had several Zeiss V4's and all have been stellar. Great glass, repeatable and reliable dialing. We've taken them out to 800 yards and they do well. -
CCM Tikka build
I think a sponge camo paint job on that stock would look great. For the metal, I think Sniper Grey or Cobalt cerakote would go well. -

If you are considering an external turret scope for dialing, the Conquest V4, hands down. -
Browning Abolt deal
^^^This or find a used Rem 700. I have buddies with AB3's and consider them entry level guns (heavy triggers, poor stocks). For the money, you can do much better with Tikkas or Rem 700's -
