Fair enough. I've got a follow-up hypothetical question for you. Is a helicopter a legal way to access the landlocked state land to which you're referring? That's fine, I wouldn't buy a house next to a mink farm. It's certainly reasonable to consider the neighbors when looking at property, it's not okay to try and claim others property however, as is happening in Wyoming.- grizzly_

Their cars are poor quality (19/24 in latest Consumer Reports survey; just above Mercedes-Benz, Jeep, Volkswagen, GMC, and Chevrolet), their service for breakdowns or accidents is horrible and the average insurance is $3500/yr.
