    That WILL be interesting. I agree that getting rid of guaranteed outfitter tags is the way to go but, it will be next to impossible.     Time for a change.....

    I did the body-for-life program about 8 yrs ago and it worked like a charm (lost 35 lbs in 12 wks). The cool thing about it is you only need about 30 min a day 5 days/wk. and to stick to the diet. The diet part is pretty easy since you get to eat six times a day and there's no counting calories...

    10 years ago, I used to drink 6-8 mountain dews a day. Now I drink 2-3 cans of coke a week. The bads news is that I drink about a gallon of coffee/day now.
