Made it to Grouse Camp late last night. Headed out shortly. Definitely warmer is the forecast than expected or hoped but we’ll make do. Supposed to cool down nicely next week but the next two days are gonna be low 70s.- TheGreek

I love my Sirui VA-5 Ultra-Compact Fluid Head and Slik Pro CF-633 Carbon Fiber Tripod. So smooth. Huge upgrade from a leupold carbon fiber tripod and head that came with a pair of binos. -

Today was the opener in the Pacific Flyway here in CO. Managed a one man 7 bird limit in less than 2 hours after legal shooting time on a flooded field on public. Only had to be there 3.5 hours before legal shooting time to get the spot. And I was still second in line. Gonna probably try it...- TheGreek
