4 days of hunting, seven days total. Been watching marlin, sailfish and Dorado unloaded at the marina every day, I need to schedule a fishing trip down here another time.

Got a whistler, never even saw a cinnamon this week. Colors are popping on the teal though.

Was able to get out for our last day of goose season
My son was in town, so I got to hunt with him for the first time since muzzleloader season

My first duck I ever harvested was last year and I smoked it on the trager after I let it sit all night in a type of honey pineapple honey mustard it was fantastic. Can't wait to get a Mallard! Good luck to all of you this season!!

Today was the opener in the Pacific Flyway here in CO. Managed a one man 7 bird limit in less than 2 hours after legal shooting time on a flooded field on public. Only had to be there 3.5 hours before legal shooting time to get the spot. And I was still second in line. Gonna probably try it again tomorrow.
