2nd annual pilgrimage up to Jackson for the shed opener. Lined up around 5:45am, but there were Trucks / Horse Trailers by Noon yesterday. Probably about 500+ people.
Put in 10.5miles, 3k+ elevation over 6hrs, got further back in than I did last year but ended up getting skunked. Ran into 10+...
It’s not worth the cost savings; especially at DEN. They have half as many shuttles so you could be waiting 30-45min to get to their off airport lot.
Also the line when you get there is another 30+ min.

Getting things back on topic - I’ve never heard of the aforementioned PAC. Here’s whats on Wikipedia:

@kevinfoerster Seems like your head is in the right place. “Sheep shape” is no joke, but if you’ve got the money and your health it’s best to not live a life of regrets.
Keep in mind, posing this question in Hunt Talk is the equivalent of going to a bar and asking if you should quit drinking (lol).

1. YES or NO, current limits on automatic weapons should remain in place?
2. YES or NO, current persons...

The way things are going in MT/WY I don’t think CO will be able to have unlimited OTC elk permits in years to come.
I’d recommend building points.
Good article couple of other factors that are impacting ‘Deer Camp’ culture:
- Building codes, can’t be a shack

- New generation of Dads generally can’t be disconnected from family for extended periods of time
- Solo hunting seems to be more prevalent...
