With NR tags in other western states selling out faster and/or being reduced, California, Oregon and Washington may be the only OTC deer tags easily available this fall.
Without sheep hunters' money, game departments and wildlife scientists efforts, we would have lost huntable populations in the lower 48, many years ago.

I've been back there a few times. Only have hunted it early. Had a unit 20 sheep tag in '91 after the big die off. Saw no rams.
