Kansas (Ft Riley) any elk tag. Half the tags go to soldiers stationed there, the other half to residents. I'm up to 9 bonus points now, so I'll just call my shot right now.

fyi on how grim the odds are. I talked to a guy that hunted it this year. Per his conversation with the manager, there were 5 non-military bull tags and over 10,000 bonus points in the draw (not 10,000 applicants). Hearing that really deflated my false hope of ever drawing.
