Yogi peepin'

Congrats on the first bear, looks like a pretty good one to me.

Lucky hats are important, I didn't even see a bear this year till I dug mine out. Congrats on the bear!

If I'd have seen that hat it may not have made it back to the rig... Although maybe I should throw it in my pack for the next couple weeks

Congrats dunc. I remember talking to a guy a while back who told me he wasn't a bear hunter. You made a liar out of that guy eh?

So....bear rug for the nursery?

Yeah, yeah.

The hide isn't allowed in the house until I have a proper man cave. Looks like the garage or my uncle's place in North Carolina for the time being.

Good policy. My mounts are running my life right now...no room in the new house for a lot of them. I'm putting 15 antelope europeans in storage and taking my paddlefish and pike into wholesale in boz next week...still have a life size bear and life size javelina plus my wife's mule deer shoulder mount at the taxi's. It's a nightmare.

You get to bring the bleached skull in?

That looks like a good one to me.

Congrats, sounds like a really fun hunt.

The first one is the hardest one, congrats! I've seen quite a few this year so far, just nothing I've been willing to shoot yet. Again, good job.

Nicely done guys.! Gonna sharpen some broadheads and give it a couple days next week. Taking a couple buddies though so I will be third in line to be shooter so not expecting to kill one this year.
