Wyoming Unit 13 Archery Elk?

I am headed to Unit 13 the 3rd week of September for an archery elk hunt. I have been marking some areas on my OnX and spent some time looking over google earth. I was hoping there might be someone on here that know the area that I could bounce some ideas off of. Please let me know if I could talk with you about some areas I have in mind. Thanks

Was there last year until we were evacuated due to the wildfire. Believe most of the southeast corner of the unit was closed throughout rifle season as well.

I am new to elk hunting. Not very good myself. Best thing I can say is Blackhall Mountain is COVERED with hunters. Also, alot of Bear Mountain was like walking on the moon. Burnt so bad the ground was sterile. Absolutely no plant life. This was 2 years ago.
