Fellow Pennsyltuckyan here and did a combo a couple years back. On that trip I hunted unit 16 for antelope and also had a Region C general deer tag. Its doable but I put in a lot of miles, both vehicle and truck. I killed a representative antelope buck, a couple does and a small 2X3 muley. I think that was my 5th trip to Wyoming at the time for antelope so I had good idea of what expect. As others have stated, I would caution you on trying to do too much at one time and recommend one or the other. Antelope only is a fun option and with a few doe tags, you have a great chance of bringing home some excellent meat. Just my 2cents. PM me if you have specific questions if you like.
