Wyoming Help with Packing Elk

Hello I am set to leave Wisconsin for Wyoming on Tuesday to hunt a type 1 tag in Unit 39 in the bighorns.

I had a slight hernia develop today…one week before my trip, and for the first time in my life. All that is a long way of asking if anyone knows any services who could assist with packing an elk out, should I be fortunate? Good hunting to all, Paul
