I think BuzzH might have a point regarding looking at other units. If my math is correct - I believe there are only about 6 NR bull tags for the Bighorn and the Snowy units. There are roughly 98 NR's ABOVE the OP's point pool. AND 319 competitors in his own pool.
It seems as though the top tier guys are holding out for the "premier" units, so with all 6 tags going to those 98 guys it could still take 10-15yrs for the OP's point pool to be a shoe-in. That's also assuming the tag numbers stay that high and there are some dropouts. Then he will have to out-draw his 300 competitors.
Of course anything can happen as applicants shift around trying different strategies. I was the (only) 16 pointer that FAILED to draw Area 1 last year. But anything could happen this year.
