Scored him last night. If me rookie measurements are correct...he scores 162 gross 159 net.

I'll bet your measurements are right on the money. Nice deer and antelope no matter what the score and you obviously had a good time.

Hey Ross. Welcome home. I enjoyed following your hunt online. I just try to enjoy a hunt & not worry @ horns. But of course we all admire a beautiful animal & realize that they aren't as plentiful & easy to get. Some of my best memories dwell on helping a friend stalk his deer/antelope whether is was a doe, small buck, whatever. Or a beautiful WY sunset or snow on the badlands.
Work is forcing us to miss opener in eastern WY this yr so we are looking forward to the challenge to hunting the 2nd week of rifle season.

I agree 100%! These days I would take a little Muley on a hunt with my dad, over a big one shot by myself.

The second week isn't so bad, I think it can actually be better in some cases.
