She will be delicious!

She sure is. After cleaning up the skull and looking at the teeth, I think she is younger than what I initially thought. I'm guessing either a yearling or two and half year old. Will be interesting to see what the G&F lab ages her at.

All cleaned up and whitened. Probably could have used a longer degrease, or more time in the sous vide, as it's a little yellow, but it'll do.

Still chewing on the spouse's bull from last fall.
