Do you have a sporting goods store near you that would price match an online store? I just bought a 1300 at Scheels for $224, they had it on the shelf for $350. They price matched optics planet which has them on sale right now plus a 10% coupon added to my cart. Another option would be getting in contact with a vortex dealer and see what their price on them is. I have found a couple of guys who are dealers on Facebook on the "optics buy sell trade" page and have been really surprised with how good their prices are. Just a couple ideas for you
