Im looking for a tripod with head for my spotting scope. Would prefer lightweight. I am willing to pay up to $200. Thanks!

I have bought more tripods than I can count and still don't have the right one. I would recommend narrowing down models that you like and then staking out Ebay in ambush.

Ive almost come to believe that a high end tripod and smoooooth head is more important than high end glass.
