I don't know about any clamp ons , but I have a few of these and like them , two different sizes . Magnet holds them on , works slick .

Depends on the budget. Harris are great for the price. I love my Spartan. It doesn’t weight anything and rides in a holster on my Bino case.

Have a Hatch and really like it. Made in USA by a couple. Great customer service. Bought one from them and realized I needed a larger model, they allowed me to do an exchange for the larger model, just had to pay shipping on the return and the price difference. Talked to a real person, very friendly and helpful.
