WTB 6.5 weatherby RPM Ammo

Looking to buy some 6.5 Weatherby RPM ammo. Let me know if you have some you are willing to part with.

Did it get scarce? I've only ever handloaded for mine.

I keep my name in the waiting list for once fired brass from the Weatherby test range in Sheridan.
About 5% of it goes into the melt bucket due to over pressure indications. At the price, 5% loss is a deal.

Yep, well at least new to me. Always loved the look of the first gen Mark V backcountry. Pick one up used on GB for 1k

Nice score! Weatherby has a posting regarding the recoil pad on the 1st gen rifles that you might find informative. Good luck with the new rifle.

NBD - I keep everything in the safe muzzle down. I gather that is the gist of it?

Yes it is. If you do muzzle up the pad will compress permanently
