Wildlife along the River

Took the kayak out on the Columbia River this morning, and a bit of the Wenatchee River as well. Went about 5 miles total - what a great workout! Thoroughly enjoyed. Then took a short hike near the confluence of the two rivers. Got some decent photos this morning. Highlights were eagles, osprey, and mule deer, including a brief glimpse of a spotted fawn.

For a sidearm today, I chose my 9mm Kahr. The pistol is compact, lightweight, and made of stainless & plastic for the most part. The holster is kydex. I think it's a good choice for kayaking.
