We lost out sassy girl last year about this time as a pup. It damn near broke me. We replaced her but there will always be a hole missing. We love our labs. There is a special place in heaven for them.

Honey and Max currently make up out Black Panther Club....lol

Looking to get a new lab puppy late this year as my 10 year old lab female Belle is beginning to show her age. She has been a true professional upland and family friend. Hate seeing her age, but need to start another pup soon. MTG

There were a variety of research projects where labs were used
everything from locating nesting waterfowl to working on arctic sea ice with seals.

What I love about our lab is her ability to be such a loving family dog, spoiled beyond comprehension, yet such a driven hunter in the field. She sleeps under the covers with my son. Just her nose poking out. Then, an hour later, she is busting and slamming through cattails and doing whatever it takes to retrieve a duck or rooster. Snow and cold have no effect on her while hunting, but she loves to curl up by the fireplace in that warm, cozy bed.

This is my 3rd one in the house. I have a 10yr old chocolate and 7yrd old black as well as this little guy. I love labs but god I do not miss the shark phase . Meet Ivar
