Alright kids.... who's ready for a little adventure.... not some political shit, whining and crying crap like I've been seeing on here on the daily. A real hunting adventure.... a West Texas Aoudad experience, two years in the making and it's come to a close. It's got some highs and some lows. Everything one could've hoped for in a hopefully not, once in a lifetime adventure.

I planned this hunt over the last 3 or 4 years. On the fence of going and actually paying for a hunt was something entirely new to me. I'd have multiple half ass commitments and finally one day came and I told myself if I was ever going to get out and do something I'd have to do it now. So, two years ago I put my deposit down lined up a Aoudad Adventure and was lucky enough to have a great buddy commit to the hunt. We've always talked about hunting over the years together with nothing ever transpiring. So we ended up breaking the hunting experience ice in a state where neither of us had been outside of a major city and on a species neither of us had ever seen in person. What transpired is something I can only describe as an epic experience.

We had agreed on some major things we both wanted committing to something like this.

A real sheep hunt, full of unknowns, not guided and not a canned adventure. After talking this over in great lengths with the outfitter, which I'm extremely greatfull for his patience and feedback. I'm sure he's sick of me by now.
