Went out a couple weeks ago with my 4 year old son to put a couple miles in looking for desert elk sheds. Kinda slow with the little guy with me but he wanted to hike the whole time. He doesn’t like to be carried because he says he’s a big kid now haha. After the hike I decided to stop at a glassing point that looks into a big wash that I’ve found many sheds in. As soon as I pull up my binos I spotted this

WOW you're taking full advantage of what the desert has to offer!

Our turkey hunt a few weeks back turned into a combo turkey/shed hunt weekend, we found 3 sheds like this while turkey hunting, in an area not typically well known for finding sheds, it was awesome! We will be back there next year on opening weekend again.
